The omelettes at breakfast were surprisingly tasty, adding a little highlight to the morning routine.
The room needed serious maintenance. dusty carpets and broken curtains made for an uninviting stay. Hot water ran out quickly, leaving me stuck with lukewarm showers when trying to get ready. Breakfast selection was uninspired with too few options to satisfy, dry sandwiches and a lack of chilled items really dragged it down. To top it off, entering the room without a checkout certainly felt intrusive.

i truly thought this hotel would be a gem, but alas, my deluxe double room had a broken mattress and didn’t even have a pyramid view! plus, i was utterly appalled by the staff's rudeness. as a guest, i expected some type of compensation for all my troubles, but instead, i got nothing. unreal.
